She is recognized for her expertise in fund development, public relations; national, provincial and municipal advocacy; strategic and operations planning; and board governance. Since 2016, Michelle has been working with non-profits, Foundations and social enterprises across Canada to support transformational growth. She is founder and principal with Okere & Associates.

Enyinnah Okere is an experienced executive, with a broad career dealing with complex topics focusing on strategic planning, issues management and Government relations. He spent nine years with the Government of Saskatchewan before moving to Edmonton. He held a variety of roles, including Chief of Staff to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Economy, and Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Evaluation.

Kryzia is a digital marketing specialist with over six years of experience serving clients in the private, non-profit, and educational sectors. She has developed a track record of consistently executing high quality campaigns for her clients and exceeding their expectations. Kryzia is the Co-Founder of Niched Digital, a Digital Asset PR firm that both acquires and manages profitable social media accounts, websites, and email lists for investors and business owners globally.
